Cancelation Policies
In case of desisting from traveling, the passenger must give timely notice at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled date and time of travel, and shall be entitled to: i) the immediate change of schedule for one (1) time within the same mode, ii) the return of ninety percent (90%) of the amount paid or; iii) leave the ticket open at most one (1) opportunity to be scheduled within the term established in the contract.

Baggage Policy
Only one (1) piece of carry-on baggage per passenger will be allowed, with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms and with dimensions not exceeding 40x35x25 centimeters (height + length + width).
In the Double Decker and Preferential service, 2 pieces are allowed in the hold, with a maximum weight of 25 kilograms and with dimensions not exceeding 90x50x30 centimeters (height + length + width) or 170 centimeters in total, including tires and handles.
In the Buseton, Sprinter and Traffic service it is allowed to carry 1 piece in the hold, with a maximum weight of 25 kilograms and with dimensions that do not exceed 90x50x30 centimeters (height + length + width) or 170 centimeters in total, including tires and handles.
Fragile items, of economic, sentimental or irreplaceable value must be in carry-on baggage, remember that they travel under your custody and responsibility.
Only 1 piece of excess baggage is allowed per passenger.
Excess baggage will be subject to availability of space in the hold or otherwise must be shipped according to the terms, conditions and rates stipulated by the company.
