Old train station that was built between 1927 and 1930. This building served as an administrative center for the logistics of the National Railway of Colombia. La Secreta Ecological Park, an important natural reserve of flora and fauna, made out of the geological fault of Armenia. It crosses the city from south to center.
Dish made of roasted pork and peas accompanied with arepas and a local natilla called ilsulso.
Tongue seasoned with beer, hogao, laurel, Lengua macerada con hogao, cerveza, laurel, thyme, salt and pepper in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. It is afterward cut in small pieces, covered in flour and lightly fried. It is then put in a long frying pan and covered with sauce and cooked for 15 minutes. It is served with cilantro, rice or potatoes.
