Coomotor Bus Company

Coomotor is a bus operator with great presence in the municipality of Huaila and the most important region's cities inside the country. It was founded in the year 1960 by a group of visionary carriers, who asociated under a cooperative model to innovate the bus operator field and have a better service than most of other operators. Q-1). I'm going to travel with a child, does she or he needs to have a ticket?
A: Yes. All children, regardless of age, pay ticket and can take a seat.
Q-2). I can't travel, how can I reschedule my trip or get a refund?
A: If you can't travel, you need to present at the box office up to an hour before the bus leaves. No refunds are made, but you can reschedule your trip.
Q-3). Do I get a discount for being a frequent traveler?
A: Coomotor offers you a program called Club Viajero; trough which you can accumulate points for each travel you make and then exchange them for tickets. If you want to consult how many points you need for a destiny, you can go to the website of Coomotor and then click on the button of the promotion. From here, enter Consulta de Redención and write your origin and destination. And you're ready! The system will tell you the points needed to exchange your ticket.
Q-4). How much luggage I'm allowed to carry without paying an additional?
A: You can carry a total weight of up to 25 kilograms that can be divided up to two suitcases. Coomotor recomends that in case you carry objects which value is higher than the minimum salary, you put them in the parcels division.
