Encontramos cucarachas en el bus que se salían por los marcos de las ventanas en muchas cantidades y una señora que llevaba un niño de brazos y alimentos para el mismo estaba muy angustiada, y las cucarachas se pegaron a la ropa y cobijas que llevábamos, la verdad no recomendaría está transportadora.

en el momento de la compra se escojen los asientos, los cuales no se respetan cuando uno llega a la taquilla, le dan cualquier asiento, se supone que la compra anticipada y el valor extra que se paga es para aparte de asegurar el puesto es conservar la ubicación

No tienen claro como se manejan los pagos con pin bus, entonces nos pidieron imprimir los comprobantes en el terminal de transporte y esto generó sobrecosto en el valor final de 12000 pesos por concepto de impresiones ya que la persona pidió imprimir todas las hojas del PDF y salían cuatro por archivo y se compraron dos pasajes de ida y tres de regreso . Si es posible revisar ese trámite para poder presentar de manera virtual los pasajes y validar con documento
