Error inaudito de la plataforma porque no generó bien mis nombre y apellidos, igual que los de mi acompañante, no nos iban a dejar subir al bus y querían que pagáramos más, aparte reservamos un bus completamente diferente y nos montaron en el primero que quisieron, uno pequeño y sin las especificaciones con las que reservamos y pagamos.

buenos días escribo nuevamente sobre la molestia de los puestos asignado ya que no hay un orden por parte de los demás pasajeros y también del conductor asignado ese día le importo que me hubiera ubicado en el asiento al lado del baño donde no tenía ninguna seguridad de agarre y además para oler malos olores muchas gracias.
