La Macarena (cómo otras empresas) debería regular el uso de celular y llamadas en la noche. Tuve que aguantarme una muchacha hablando por celular con su novio casi todo el trayecto además de la luz del celular -la cuál era muy fuerte - en la cara, porque ella no dejaba de hablar por Whatsapp. Fue terrible el trayecto!

Muy bien el viaje, pero permiten el ingreso de mascotas sin sus respectivas medidas de higiene y nos tuvimos que aguantar el olor de un perro que se hizo en el suelo del bus

Acontecimiento sucedido con un perro que no abordó en la terminal y no iba en su respectivo guacal tampoco era de soporte emocional los dueños lo dejaron suelto durante el viaje y el animal se hizo sus necesidades en el pasillo en dos ocasiones se le informo al conductor lo sucedido y no hizo nada al respecto
