• El Castillo Museum in the El Poblado neighborhood: It is a medieval Gothic style castle surrounded by gardens, it was built in 1930 and was inspired by the castles of the Loire Valley, in France. It was converted into a museum in 1972. Its collection of plastic and decorative arts includes European and Colombian works.
• Metrocable de Medellín: It is an impressive transportation system that connects the city with the residential areas built on the slopes. It expands to Parque Arvi, a large nature reserve in the hills of Medellín and a great escape from the city. It is perfect for taking the best photos of the city.
• Botanical Garden of Medellín: A very popular place for nature lovers. The garden has a green wall "El Orquideorama" and "El Patio de las Azaleas", the latter is surrounded by traditional Antioquia houses.
• Juan Pablo II Airport: It is the largest water park in the city and is located right next to the Olaya Herrera Airport. Here cultural or musical events are held. It has a large number of swimming pools and green areas, offering places to camp, as well as trails for bike rides.
• Pueblito Paisa: El Pueblito Paisa is a replica of a typical 20th century Antioquia town. It is located at the top of the Nutibara hill, between the Olaya Herrera Airport and the Medellín river. Access is free.
