De nada sirve comprar por internet si debo hacer la fila y pedir que me den un boleto en taquilla a la hora que quieran y en el puesto que tengan. Pésimo servicio.

Al llegar a la empresa de transporte me indican que debia llegar 2 horas antes ya que la plataforma lo que hace es vendernos cupones y debemos redimirlos, no quedan reservados los tiquetes ni los asientos. Pésima experiencia, deberían especificarlo ya que como lo muestran no es como funciona

Pésimo, compramos los tickets desde la aplicación y cuando estuvimos en taquilla para reclamar los tickets no nos respetaron los puestos y muy grosera la vendedora. Al final nos devolvieron el dinero pero no recomiendo esa atención

We pay your commission because we want to select our seats but when at the station we need to go to the office to get our tickets and these are not the seats selected... one hour delay without explication. We do not understand why we would buy on your platform anymore

Me tocó un asiento que no se ajustaba su reclinación. También había una pobre señora que le tocó un asiento sin respaldo. El bus paró como 10 veces a pescar gente en el camino.
