Realicè la cancelaciòn del viaje el 1 abril a las 6:00 pm y no quedo registrada la cancelaciòn. Me llamaron de la empresa de viaje a las 9:40 pm y no estaban notificados de mi cancelaciòn. y ustedes les escribo y no me contestan con claridad las cosas. Muy malo el servicio para realizar las cancelaciones, entonces no se si perdì mi plata ya que yo pague $9.200 pesos para cancelaciòn gratuita. y me siento estafado

Compré pasaje en línea y por motivos personales lo pasé para el siguiente día pero me cambiaron del puesto 1añ7 sin avisarme y para mí es importante viajar en la parte delantera no en la central o trasera. El Premium a pesar de tener buenos buses la atención en general es bastante deficiente en casi todos los aspectos e igual en las taquillas.

Llamaron muy encima a cambiar el bus y por ende la hora de salida y las dos personas que llamaron dieron motivos diferentes y contrarios al por qué del cambio.Asignaron el puesto que ellos quisieron.
