Cancellations in Cotrans must be made up to 2 hours of the trip. The customer can request the ticket change with a time limit of up to 6 months with a 0% penalty. For changes and postponements, check with the transport company.

A: In compliance with social distancing and prevention policies, the maximum capacity of chairs is 50%. The allocation of the seat number will depend on the age of the person and the order of arrival starting from position number one (1) onwards.
