Hice mi reservación desde el 21 dic para las 3:30pm, llegué al embarque y le dieron prioridad a quienes habían acabado de comprar el tiquete. Mi viaje salió 2 horas más tarde

Cuando llegue a la terminal la despachadora no valido mi tickete y ya no habían puestos en el bus, había vendido mi silla qué reserve por la aplicación, me toco comprar otro tikete en otra flota por negligencia de la despachadora de sideral, una marítima experiencia con la transportadora, vendieron mi tickete y me dejaron sin el bus de las 3 y 30, sabiendo que yo compre el tickete para esta hora desde la mañana.
