no pude viajar por la situación que pasó en Venezuela, ya que vivo en Venezuela y la frontera la cerraron. no me pude comunicar con el número que suministró redbus. envié un correo que conseguí en el perfil de Instagram de la empresa y no he recibido respuesta. esto es algo que se escapó de mis manos y no tuve respuesta de nadie para saber si podía reprogramar el viaje y no perder el dinero.

No fue un bus, nos pasaron a una VAN sin wifi y era como bus local que se paraba a encontrar pasajeros en cualquier parte. Llego a destino al menos 45 minutos después de lo previsto
