Terrible bus! No apto para el transporte de pasajeros. Le sonaba todo, le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. El baño estaba muy sucio, olía terrible, imposible de usar.

Nos vendieron un tiquete en un bus doble premium y finalmente fue un bus cualquiera, mi silla ni siquiera se reclinaba, el bus olió a gasolina todo el camino, la atención la terminal salitre por parte de los trabajadores de flota magdalena fue terrible. Groseros y fue una situación muy incómoda donde no nos dieron ningún tipo de solución. Sino más bien preferían responder “entonces bájese y váyase en otro bus” muy muy mala experiencia definitivamente de las peores empresas de transporte. Un robo en la cara.

El bus ya presentaba fallas, fue muy evidente desde que salimos de soacha. Como es posible que arriesguen la vida de tantas personas que iban a bordo. En mi caso soy guia profesional de turismo, no pude llegar a tiempo y perdi la operación, eso me genera perdidas. Deben mejorar la atención al cliente tanto de los despachadores como los conductores.

Salimos de Bogotá a la 1 de la mañana porque empezó. A recoger personas en el camino apenas salió del terminal del sur, esto me ocasionó indisgustos con mis compañeros y aparte miedo porque no deberían recoger personas por fuera del terminal
