el viaja no existe desde de enejo entre terminal de Sta Marta y Palomino porque un puente esta quebrado. la compania Exalpa ya no hace esse trayecto desde ha mezes y redbus continua de vender ingressos. Es una estafa, me debas 6$. Hasta esse viaja fui ok con redbus, ahora no. Nunca vay reservar con vosostros.

El viaje estaba programado para las 5pm y en realidad salimos a las 6:30pm. Realizó varias paradas en sitios no oficiales y nada seguros para recoger pasajeros y llegue a mi destino 7 horas después cuando el viaje tardaba según itinerario 4 horas y media. El bus olía a abombado. Terrible servicio, pésima experiencia. Muy inseguro y conductor poco amable.

The bus scheduled for Monday, February 16 at 11:00 AM from Barranquilla to Palomino did not exist. The bus company, Exalpa, informed us that the refund must be requested through RedBus. However, we have been unable to contact RedBus in any way to get our money back.
