Pese a que el recorrido tiene una duración aproximada de 7 horas desde el punto de inicio hasta el destino, debido a las múltiples paradas realizadas por el conductor para recoger pasajeros en diferentes puntos de la ciudad (práctica prohibida), así como a los prolongados tiempos de espera en las distintas terminales, el tiempo total del trayecto supera las 10 horas.

Creo que la Macarena debería ser un poco más empatica con el tema de las mascotas, la mayoría de casos los de los buses se portan demasiado groseros, altaneros, adicional el baño estaba dañado, lo abrieron y ese olor se impregnó en el bus, olor a orines por todo lado,

Por la aplicación compre el servicio diamante que son las poltronas y cuando llegue me subieron en otro bus el cual no era el cual había comprado colocare la respectiva queja en la súper intendencia por que siempre que compro el toque para viajar en flota Macarena pasa lo mismo
