FAQs

What is the redPass?

It’s a loyalty pass that gives you 20% off on 5 short trips within the redBus Colombia app. It’s the easiest way to save on your frequent travel.

How many discounted trips can I make?

Up to 5 trips per redPass: your current trip + 4 additional uses. Each use is applied automatically on eligible bookings.

Is the discount applied automatically?

Yes, you only need to activate the redPass on the Passenger Information screen. Once activated, the system applies the benefit without entering any codes.

Can I use it on round trips?

Yes, but each leg consumes one use. A round trip = 2 redPass uses. This gives you flexibility when planning your journeys.

Can I combine redPass with other promo codes?

No. redPass cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions. This ensures the program’s benefits remain clear and consistent.

What happens if I cancel my trip?

The cancellation policies of the bus company apply. If you cancel one leg of a round trip, that segment’s use will be deducted. We recommend reviewing the conditions before confirming your booking.

How many seats can I buy with a discount?

Up to 2 seats per transaction. This is ideal if you're traveling with someone and want to save on both tickets.

Where can I use redPass?

Exclusively in the redBus Colombia app. Make sure all your purchases are made within the app to receive the benefit.

What happens if I don’t use it within 90 days?

The redPass expires with no refund. That’s why it’s important to use it within the validity period.
