No pude viajar por que me salia que el bus salía em terminal del sur y cuando llegue ahí me dicen que ahi no salia que era en la terminal del salitre al otro lado de donde yo estaba y nunca pude abordar el servicio

Casi pierdo mis pasajes ya que llame y me dijeron que salían del terminal del auryy cuando llegue allí me dicen que es desde terminal el salitre. Ocasionando un gasto extra para trasladarme en tiempo muy exacto para alcanzar, fue bastante incómodo

El bus no llegó, esperamos una hora y cuarto y tuvimos que comprar pasajes por otra empresa. Llamamos para preguntar por el bus y no dieron razón. En la última llamada nos dijeron que ya había salido, nosotros estuvimos ahí y nunca llegó, otras personas también quedaron esperando.
