About Autofusa Bus Company

Auto Fusa S.A. was founded in Fusagasuga in April 1954 by the brothers Hernando and Jaime Pavón, under the name Auto Fusa Ltda. At first, it provided its transportation services by communicating Fusagasuga with Bogota, Icononzo, Arbelaez and Girardot. Auto Fusa S.A. provides an inter-municipal land transport service for passengers and remittances, with security against any risk; providing different types of services, aimed at satisfying the needs of users and workers, with experience, human quality, responsibility and compliance.

I'm going to travel with a child, does she or he needs to have a ticket?

Children over 3 years old must pay for the entire ticket.

How much luggage can I carry without having to pay an additional?

15 kg per passenger is the maximum weight allowed in each piece of luggage.

I´m not going to travel. How can I reschedule my trip or get a refund?

It is necessary to communicate any type of modification such as cancellations and reprogramming, 2 hours in advance at Autofusa's ticket office. Keep in mind that the company does not make any type of refund.

Do I get a discount if I am a frequent traveler?

At Autofusa you have the option to accumulate miles to have a free trip. Contact the company for more information.

Can I request a Private Service at Autofusa

Currently, Autofusa does not have a private bus service to rent.

Can I travel with my pet?

Pets cannot travel in the hold. If they are small animals, they must travel in a cage that fits next to the owner's feet. If they are big animals, a seat next to the passenger who owns the pet must be paid. The company reserves the right to prevent the travel of animals that do not use diapers and bosal, and that their bad smell or violent behavior harms other travelers.

Do I have to print my ticket before the bus's departure?

Yes, you must print it before boarding. Remember that all passengers have to print in PDF format, the bus ticket that was sent to their email. This document will be exchanged for a physical ticket at the counter of the bus company with which you are going to make the trip.

Can I buy the ticket for someone else?

Yes. A person different from the one who is going to travel can buy the tickets online. The important thing is that the passenger's information is recorded in the document to be printed and delivered to the different ticket offices.
