● Columna Libertad de los Esclavos: It is the only national monument that commemorates the abolishment of slavery in Colombia. Built in 1852 by the initiative of Agustin Nuñez Baena, Ocaña’s first gobernor. It was inaugurated on December 22nd of that year.
